Can't see anything else different. On the Ford website the Convenience Pack is advertised at £425 which seems a lot! I hope you're enjoying your new car. The Convenience pack on the Titanium is only the keyless start and entry and at £425 it is a bit pricey. I bought my car last August and in Sep/Oct my keyless entry button stopped working. I just took the car to the dealer, since it was in storage for winter and Covid, and they have to replace the whole door handle and paint it. Was Ford that stupid to make that little black button not First, Make sure all doors are closed and sit in the driver seat. Insert the key into the ignition cylinder and make sure it is in the "off" position. Now, within 3 seconds, turn the ignition from "off" to "run" four times ending in the "run" position. This step is basically to get the vehicle into programming mode.
The car went in for further investigation today and the keyless entry isn't working properly on the 2 front car doors. This is draining the battery. Ford told me they need replacing which will cost £640. I've had the keyless entry system turned off for the last month or so and the battery hasn't drained since.

Yes, the locking mechanism operates on the drivers door. Its a sensor type issue of some kind, the lock itself is opening and closing correctly from another handle.
